Creating Small Worlds for Big Memories
What began as an idea for family Christmas presents in 2015 has developed into an active hobby that allows me to express my faith and beliefs through my art.
Each of the custom designs is created in Microsoft PowerPoint. I do use the built in fonts for the black lettering.
(Yes, PowerPoint can be used for creating so much more than those never-ending presentations at work.)
A color proof is then created and the design is printed in black outline and hand colored in either watercolor paint or colored pencil. The result is a unique work of art.
I try to fit the designs either a standard 8x10 inch or 5x7 inch frame. Although special commissions may be made in additional sizes.

The McGregor Commission
In 2016 I was fortunate to be approached to produce a commission to be hung at McGregor Baptist Church in Ft. Myers, Florida.
The resulting 20.5 inch x 22.5 inch watercolor is displayed in the Lead Pastor's conference room.

2016 Olympians
I was so impressed by their unapologetic sharing of their faith, that following their silver medal-winning performance in 10 meter synchronized platform diving at the 2016 Rio Olympics, the following pieces were created for the team of David Bodia, Steele, Johnson, and their coach Adam Soldati. It should be noted that Steele's gift was withheld from him until after his NCAA participation was completed.
